This item is an exchange drum. If we do not have your drum first for exchange we will charge you a refundable core fee (reflected in price) and ship out our drum to you before we receive your core. You must return your old core within ten days with a copy of the invoice to receive you core refund. Your old core must be in good condition without any defects or wear to receive a full core refund. The customer pays the return shipping. Always ship insured and keep a copy of the tracking information.
