Fits Libra, Mignon. Same wheel is used for both sides and rear. Measures 1-3/4 inch inside, 2-1/2 inch outside and about 11/16 inch wide. These are a stretch fit on the hub, so the hub is a bit larger than the wheel inside diameter. We recommend warming the tire in hot water to soften it for easier installation.
